$500,000 – Fall on Staircase

Our firm recently recovered $500,000 which was 100% of the insurance policy of the homeowners for a woman who fell on the stairs of the home in which she lived. In the hospital record it was said that the woman said she missed a step. She had a back operation as a result of the fall.
