$1,000,000 – Birth Injury, Erb’s Palsy/Brachial Plexus Injury

A baby suffers from mild Erbs Palsy (an arm injury also known as brachial plexus injury) after doctors were negligent during the delivery of the child. Through our efforts, we then recovered $1,000,000 for the baby boy who is now a fully functional teen.
