$450,000 – Ectopic Pregnancy

We recovered $450,000 for a woman whose baby died due to medical malpractice. The woman had an ectopic pregnancy which meant the baby was not in the womb, but in the fallopian tube. Her doctors failed to detect the ectopic pregnancy, causing her to lose her child and suffer other complications. The woman blamed the hospital for the death of her child though she had about six abortions before she lost her baby to medical malpractice. Even so, we were able to recover this amount for the client.
