$2,250,000 – Hot Water Burn Case

A child less than 2 years old was burned by hot water in a bathtub when his mother left the room.  The case was defended by a law firm that had a very similar case that they won and had dismissed by the court.  In spite of that, we achieved a $2,250,000 settlement for the child.  They only offered $300,000 up until the end and they blamed the mother for this accident.
