$400,000 – Trip-and-Fall on Street

A woman tripped and fell over a trench that was left unprotected in the street by Empire City Subway. This accident could have been prevented either by repair, putting up signs or physical barriers, or having someone guide pedestrians out of the way. None of these measures were taken and through our efforts, we were able to recover $400,000 for the injured.
