$416,000 – Bus Accident

This amount was recovered for a man who was the passenger of a bus while it was struck by by another vehicle. There was very little damage to either vehicle which made it difficult to prove the severity of the man’s injuries. The man suffers from mental retardation since before the accident, so it was difficult to get a good testimony on trial. Despite this, $416,000 was recovered for him.
