$350,000 – Foot Injury from Car Accident

A man who injured his foot in a motor vehicle accident later fell into a coma which had nothing to do with the original accident.  The injured person is unconscious, therefore the scar on his foot does not affect the way he feels about himself. At the time of the trial, our client was still comatose and the case had to be made from the defendant’s own mouth, etc. While the plaintiff was unable to testify on his own behalf, we were still able to recover $350,000 at trial.
