A woman is in critical condition after a pedestrian accident in downtown Brooklyn involving an MTA bus. According to a WABC news report, the collision occurred the afternoon of May 5 at Nevins and Livingston streets. Police say the 24-year-old victim had gotten off a bus and was crossing Livingston when she was struck by another MTA bus. The B41 bus that struck her was traveling east on Livingston and there were passengers on board. The article stated that the bus driver remained at the scene. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital where she is said to be in critical condition. The investigation is still ongoing.
