Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy Face Slip-and-Fall Lawsuit

Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy are facing a slip-and-fall lawsuit from a woman who alleges that she fell down a dangerous stairway at the couple’s Hollywood Hills home. According to a TMZ report, the lawsuit claims that the stairs were “dirty and poorly maintained” and lacked “regulated handrails.” The lawsuit also alleges that the A-list couple knew or should have known that the condition of the stairway could easily cause someone to slip and fall. The woman states in the lawsuit that she suffered “serious personal injuries,” but the nature or extent of those injuries is not known. She is suing for damages in excess of $25,000 including lost wages and medical expenses. The woman’s relationship to the couple or why she was at their home is not known.
