$225,000 – Fall on Sidewalk

We recently recovered $225,000 for a man who fell on the sidewalk outside of a construction site in which the owner of the site was not insured. The man had surgery on his arm and said he took the train from Manhattan to the eastern end of Queens and walked around the neighborhood to look at the architecture.
