A hospital failed to monitor a patient’s vital signs while under anesthesia and while having a nose operation and also provided the wrong anesthesia to her as well.  This resulted in her untimely death on the operating table. The deceased person was a 38-year-old medical doctor who was admitted to the hospital for a “simple” nose operation, but who died from a heart attack on the operating table leaving a family consisting of a husband and a 6-year-old son.

Our firm worked with another firm to reach this settlement.
