$1,300,000 – Wheelchair Pedestrian Hit by Car

A wheelchair bound woman crossed on the crosswalk of a street while she had the right of way. She was then struck by a car while in her wheelchair and suffered multiple injuries. We were able to recover $1,300,000 for her.
