We were able to recover a total of $3,375,576 for an undocumented person’s (“illegal alien”) injuries that he suffered while working at a construction site and for the wife of the injured man due to the loss of her husband’s services to her. The man fell from a height along with a thousand pound steel joist which landed on his leg requiring surgery.  The jury initially awarded $1,226,000. We went to trial twice on the case and went through appeals and one post trial motion until we got the $3,250,000. We successfully appealed that verdict and obtained $3,250,000 for the injured person as well as an additional $125,576 for his wife.
