Woman Sues Wal-Mart after Slip-and-Fall Accident

A woman is suing Wal-Mart saying the company is responsible for her injuries after she fell while shopping at the store. According to Ultimate Katy, the woman filed the slip-and-fall lawsuit in Harris County District Court alleging that the company was negligent in creating a safe environment for its customers. The woman says she fell at the Wal-Mart store because employees did not clean up liquid that had been spilled on the floor. She is suing for damages and related court costs.
